Antonios K.Georgiou plastics was founded in 1984 in Peristeri Athens Greece ..
The company started as a small family operated plastics craftsmanship with an 80ton clamping force injection press ,producing various injection moulded industrial products.
1990
In 1990 the founder and owner Antonios Georgiou transferred the operations of the company in Megara Attica due to the need for larger buildings to accommodate 3 injection moulding machines , because of the constantly growing clientele.
1994
In 1994 a 4th injection machine is added to the company and also an industrial plot is purchased so that the possible future spacing needs of company can be covered ..
2007
In 2007 the company is transferred to its new and owned buildings , one of the old injection machines is withdrawn from production , and 2 new injection moulding machines are purchased .The company now has 5 injection moulding machines and increases its production capacity.
2009
In 2009 the company replaces one of its old injection moulding machines with a completely new one ..
2013
In 2013 , and after constantly investing in new technologies , the company withdraws its last 2 old technology injection moulding machines from production and replaces them with 2 new injection moulding machines ..
2017
In 2017 the company invests in a high speed injection moulding machine and now has 6 injection moulding machines in its premises .
Today
Today the company continues to invest in new technologies and is in the phase of completing an investment plan which includes the purchase of 2 new injection moulding machines and injection moulds . By the end of June 2019 the company will have 8 new technology injection moulding machines in its premises with clamping forces ranging from 80 up to 190 tons . During its 35 year course the company works with zero bank lending . Antonios K. Georgiou plastics has a specialization in industrial products , especially in the fields of pumps ,plumbing parts,filters,building construction parts and many others . Also since 2009 the company has acquired knowledge and specialization in the field of plastic caps and closures for detergents and chemicals , and is cooperating with some of the largest bottlers in the country .

We can also assist in the development of your new product with the ability of drawing your new product . Also we provide very competitive mould pricing , through our network of associates abroad .
We undertake contract manufacturing ,in cases involving patented products or specialized or non products with high production volumes .Also if customer wishes , we can sign mutual confidentiality agreements so that all parties interests are secured.
Also we can come to mutual terms regarding the construction of your mould either by us or with a 50% participation in the expenditure , always with a contract that secures both parties .

Αναλαμβάνουμε συμβολαιακη παραγωγή (contract manufacturing ) , σε περιπτώσεις που αφορούν πατενταρισμένα προϊόντα η εξιδεικευμένα η μη προϊόντα με μεγάλες παράγωγες .
Επίσης δεσμευόμαστε εαν ειναι επιθυμητό και με συμφωνητικά αμοιβαίας εμπιστευτικότητας ώστε να είναι όλες οι πλευρές κατοχυρωμένες .
Ασχολούμαστε και με κατασκευή καλουπιού σας εξολοκλήρου η εξ ημισιας , πάντα με συμβόλαιο το οποίο κατοχυρώνει και τις 2 πλευρές .
Η βιοτεχνία πλαστικών Αντώνιος Κ. Γεωργίου ιδρύθηκε το 1984 με έδρα το Περιστέρι Αττικής .
Ξεκίνησε ως μια μικρή οικοτεχνία, με μια πρέσσα κλειστικού 80 τόννων, η οποία δραστηριοποιούνταν στον κλάδο του injection moulding (επεξεργασία πρώτης ύλης πλαστικού μέσω χύτευσης σε καλούπι-μήτρα ).
1990
Το 1990 ο ιδρυτής και ιδιοκτήτης Αντώνιος Γεωργίου μετέφερε την βιοτεχνία στην περιοχή των Μεγάρων Αττικής λόγω του αυξανόμενου πελατολόγιου, διότι υπήρχε η ανάγκη για μεγαλύτερες εγκαταστάσεις ώστε να μπορούν να στεγάζονται 3 μηχανές injection moulding.
1994
Το 1994 προστίθεται και 4η μηχανή injection moulding στον μηχανολογικό εξοπλισμό της επιχείρησης.
Τοτε αγοράζεται και βιομηχανικό οικόπεδο ώστε να μπορούν να καλυφθούν οι αυξανόμενες μελλοντικές ανάγκες της βιοτεχνίας.
2007
Το 2007 η επιχείρηση μεταφέρεται στις ιδιόκτητες νεοναγερθείσες κτιριακές εγκαταστάσεις της, στην ΒΙ.ΠΕ Μεγάρων , αποσύρεται μια εκ των παλαιών μηχανών injection moulding, και αγοράζονται 2 καινούργιες μηχανές νέας τεχνολογίας.
2009
Η βιοτεχνία πλέον αριθμεί 5 μηχανές injection moulding . Το 2009 αντικαθιστάται μία από τις παλιές μηχανές,με μία ολοκαίνουργια νέας τεχνολογίας.
2013
Το 2013 σε μια επένδυση εκσυγχρονισμού, αποσύρονται και οι 2 τελευταίες μηχανές παλιάς τεχνολογίας, και αντικαθιστάνται από 2 καινούργιες μηχανές injection moulding.
2017
To 2017 η εταιρία προχωρά και σε αγορά μηχανής high speed injection moulding, αριθμώντας πλέον 6 μηχανές επεξεργασίας πλαστικού μέσω χύτευσης σε καλούπι.
Σήμερα
Σήμερα η επιχείρηση, συνεχίζει να επενδύει στις νέες τεχνολογίες και είναι σε φάση ολοκλήρωσης επενδυτικού σχεδίου το οποίο περιλαμβάνει 2 ακόμα μηχανές injection moulding και καλούπια.
Τον Ιούνιο του 2019 η βιοτεχνία θα αριθμεί πλέον 8 μηχανές νέας τεχνολογίας με κλειστικό από 80 έως 190 τόννους.
Κατά την 35ετη της πορεία η βιοτεχνία λειτουργεί με μηδενικό δανεισμό.
Η βιοτεχνία πλαστικών Αντώνιος Γεωργίου, εξιδεικεύεται στην παραγωγή βιομηχανικών εξαρτημάτων για τους τομείς των υδραυλικών, αντλιών, ρολλών για γκαραζόπορτες, φίλτρων, οικοδομής και άλλων.
Από το 2009 εχει αποκτήσει μεγάλη εξιδείκευση στον τομέα των πωμάτων αππορυπαντικών και χημικών, και συνεργάζεται με πολλούς από τους μεγαλύτερους εμφιαλωτές της χώρας.
